Birchbox has scored another exclusive collaboration with fashion label Ruffian. Ruffian curated it’s third nail lacquer collection, “The Rapture Collection,” which officially launched on May 21, and was first debuted in Ruffian’s Fall 2014 fashion show.
The collection launch was celebrated at Ruffian’s Sunset Manicure Pool Party on Wednesday, May 21 at the Sixty Beverly Hills Pool, where celebrity guests including Rose McGowan, Lydia Hearst, Bar Paly, Elizabeth Stewart, and Cameron Silver enjoyed Ruffian manicures and poolside drinks.
Sold exclusively on Birchbox, “The Rapture Collection” features three gleaming metallic shades, a fresh and shiny twist on neutral hues. The collection was inspired by the romanticism of the 19th century:
- Rosary: inspired by Russian jewelry of the 19th century, this rose-gold metallic nail lacquer offers opulent glamour and a formula so smooth it applies like liquid metal.
- Ambrosia: named after the nectar of the Greek gods, this heavenly metallic Lavender hue will take your nails to new heights—creating a perfect mixture of beautiful and edgy.
- Relic: inspired by moonlight over Rome, this platinum silvery-taupe metallic hue is a mysterious classic that’s equal parts classic and unexpected.
“The Rapture Collection” will be available as a trio and individually exclusively on Birchbox. The trio will retail at $26.50, and each individual polish will retail at $11.
