GlossyBox, the luxury beauty box subscription brand, announced on May 28 that they’ve partnered with illustrator and style expert, Dallas Shaw. GlossyBox’s June 2013 “American Beauty” will boast Shaw’s one-of-a-kind illustrations on the cover of this limited edition box.
Being tapped for collaboration isn’t new to this Pennsylvania-native. Dallas can be credited for designing DKNY’s Twitter avatar for their fictional fashionista “DKNY PR Girl,” as well as the official tote bag for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. With an eye for style and design, Dallas has earned the name “It-Girl Illustrator.” And now Dallas has designed the GlossyGirl!
Adorning the cover of GlossyBox’s “American Beauty” box will be the GlossyGirl. Who is the GlossyGirl? Oscar de la Renta will include their “Essential Luxuries fragrance collection,” which includes six fragrance sprays in a custom, satin pouch. Other luxe products in this limited edition box include C. Booth apothecary-inspired body care, Philip B Botanical luxury hair and tarte cosmetics.
